IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Although we do our best to help and assist you after your purchase, we unfortunately have no control over your order once the shipping carrier is in possession of the package. We can only see the same information provided to you by the shipping carrier.
The USPS is not always a reliable shipping service. They do NOT guarantee their delivery times. We HIGHLY recommend opting to use FedEx for all deliveries that you need by a specific date.
We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after we have left the package in the possession of the shipping carrier. As mentioned before, we have no control over what the shipping carrier does after it leaves our possession. If the shipping carrier looses or delays your package, we cannot replace or refund the order. You must file a claim with the shipping carrier you used.

All returns and exchanges must meet our return and exchange standards.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and be in salable condition with all original packaging intact and unopened in order to be eligible for a full refund.
If the package has been opened, it may still qualify for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges or store credit returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and be in salable condition. All tags and elastic bands must still be in place.
We retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We do not re-sell returned or exchanged hair. To maintain our low prices, we will be forced to cancel customer accounts who abuse our return policy.
STYX LUXE Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All items purchased under the STYX LUXE category are final sale and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
How do I make my return?
Making a return is easy, simply contact us via email (styxhair@gmail.com) or send us a DM via instagram (@styxhair) and we will send you return instructions. Please read our return and refund policy on this page to determine what your order qualifies for.
All returns MUST be sent back in salable, unused condition and include the original packing slip with your name and order number.
When will I receive my reimbursement after it’s been processed?
If it were up to us, immediately. However, most banks and financial institutions take about 3-5 days to process refunds, and sometimes longer. Please wait at least 7 days before reaching out about a pending refund. In any case, your banking institution will be the best equipped to give you more information.
Can I return my order if its been opened?
We take the health and safety of our clients very seriously, and for that reason, we can’t accept returns for full refunds of any opened items. Human hair extensions are considered hygienic products and have to be handled carefully to protect customers and our staff. You may exchange your items or request store credit for opened items BUT no returns or exchanges are offered for hair extensions that have been altered in ANY WAY. This includes removing the elastic bands placed on our hair. Please read our full return policy for more information.
When will my reimbursement be issued?
After we double-check that your returned item hasn’t been opened or used, we’ll issue a your refund to the original payment method. After that, your reimbursement should land in your account within 5-7 business days. After receiving a return for store credit, store credit should be processed immediately upon processing the return. Exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the return.
Will my shipping be refunded?
Unless there was a error made by STYX, all return shipping is paid for by the customer. Unless there was a error made by STYX, STYX does not refund any shipping costs associated with the original order. Once we’ve received your return request, we will contact you with return instructions. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

We use FedEx or USPS to bring our hair to you. You can make convenient returns using USPS.
