R7A-7A/ICE K-Tips

This color has been reformulated to have less lowlight. This is to enhance the icy blonde and minimize the "gray" affect that comes from the lowlights being too bold. This change is currently taking affect as we work through our inventory.

R7A-7A/ICE is our coolest dimensional color. She has a cool toned level 7 root with a cool level 7 lowlight running through the ends. The highlight is an icy, "white" blonde. The lowlight mixed with an icy highlight makes for the perfect ashy dimensional piece to cool down any install.
