This cool toned sandy blonde is rooted and a cool level 7. It's highlighted with #613, a bright blonde and low lighted with a cool level 8. Mixing the natural cool tones of the #7A and 8N with the bright #613 blonde creates a beautiful dimensional piece that can be used on it's own or added in your dimensional blondes.
